Payment Methods and Order Fulfillment<\/strong><\/p>

The client will be able to pay the order amount by choosing any of the following methods. They must indicate their choice during the purchase process:<\/p>

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted across the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's page, on the POS (Bank Point of Sale Terminal), and are not entered or registered on any LA CASA DE LAS HABITACIONES server.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code which matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering greater guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
This payment method is valid on the web only.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the chargeback request was not a consequence of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or termination, and therefore the cancellation of the corresponding charge had been unduly requested, the cardholder shall be liable to LCDLH for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal, returns, and claims<\/strong><\/h2>

The customer will be able to request a refund as long as they do so within\u00a0more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled booking.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

To request an exchange or return, you must write to info@lacasadelashabitaciones.com with your reservation identification number. .\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

If you request a change to the reservation date or time, it will also need to be done more than 48 hours in advance of the originally scheduled reservation.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

According to Article 103 of Law 3\/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.<\/p>

The refund will be processed within 7-15 days.<\/strong><\/p>

Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>

Likewise, LCDLH reserves the right to take civil or criminal action as it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.<\/p>
